Elaine Clark

Exploring the patterns that shape how we live and love.

The patterns we repeat are rarely random.

The way we think, feel, respond, and relate is shaped by what we’ve lived through — and by what our minds and bodies have learned to expect.

My work explores what keeps these patterns in place—and what creates meaningful change across the mind, body, and relationships.
