Unravelling the patterns that shape how we live and love.
The patterns we repeat are rarely random.
The way we think, feel, respond, and relate is shaped by what we’ve lived through — and by what our minds and bodies have learned to expect.
Real change often begins when we understand not only where a pattern came from, but what it has been trying to do for us.
I’m ELAINE
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), educator, movement teacher, and host of Unravel with Elaine Clark.
Drawing from psychology, somatic approaches, and more than 15 years of teaching movement and mindfulness, my work explores the intersection of mind, body, and relationships — and the patterns that shape us.
Through education and thoughtful conversation, I aim to translate psychological research and complex ideas into practical, actionable ways to understand ourselves and others so you can achieve sustainable change.
