For years, I silently suffered.

My unwavering commitment to serve stems from my own struggles with debilitating menstrual cycles, anxiety, heartbreak, and disordered eating.

My path has been anything but linear.

I am now deeply invested in transformational living — mine and yours .

While I don’t have all the answers, my commitment is to bring you the best of what I’m living and learning as I continue to evolve.
